A Murder in Crowland is an unreleased Adobe Flash first-person shooter video game that was developed by Jacob Grahn and aeiowu. It was the fourth in a series of collaborations between the two that was originally going to result in them making one game every day for the month of January 2009.[1] While finished in terms of development, it wasn't released due to lack of sponsorship.[2]

Gameplay

Crowgame mockup

Players aim their double barrel shotgun and fire at crows on nearby tree branches.

Players are placed in a field at night with the objective being to shoot as many crows as possible. Ammo is not unlimited, and players must move their cursor off-screen to reload.

Crows land on nearby tree branches and occasionally fly at the player, where they'll have to use a shield to block them.[3]

Trivia

  • Screenshots of the beta reveal the game was originally titled A Murder in Crow Hell.
